Weekend Holotropic Breathwork Workshop 11-12/11/1995

This 2-day Workshop was held on the 11/12 November, 1995. It was non-residential.

Ten participants, seven of whom are regulars including myself, engaged in what was to be for some, a very intense yet enlightening two days of personal discovery. During these intimate journeys we were supported and cared for, very lovingly, by Lynn. She is someone who, over the months, has become a very important part of my life.
